About The Founder

Sheryl is a Senior Lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She has 8 years of experience working in both public and private sector.
She is trained in andragogy and has experience in teaching adult learners. Some of the modules she has taught include disaster risk & resilience, research methods, statistical analyses, leadership, assessment & selection.

Her research interests are in spirituality, workforce & employability, leadership (servant leadership, crisis leadership), gerontology, organisational psychology, and well-being.
